		<description>A friend of mine, a Ph.D. majored in Food Science, told me that they design cooking oil (like the one they use to fry chicken nuggets) with such properties that it is thick enough so that it won't be too absorbent to the nuggets, and thin enough so that it won't cake (becoming a white solid matter) when it's cold.&lt;br /&gt;Seems to me that not enough consideration was given to the health consequences of the oil.</description>
