Once you do, it's natural to assume that if something bad happens to you, it must be because of something you did.<br /><br />It's also easy to see why Africans and African Americans are distrustful of the motives of western governments, for reasons such as slavery, colonialism, and the Tuskegee Syphilis Study.<br /><br />I agree with your optimism that we will, in time, conquor AIDS.
